RichXSearch runs on classical vector similarity today — real, working, and fast enough for the current scale of the RichX ecosystem. But search itself has a genuine quantum algorithm behind it: Grover's Algorithm provides a quadratic speedup for searching unstructured data, turning what takes classical computers N steps into roughly √N — the same principle researchers cite for corpus search and large-scale information retrieval, exactly the kind of problem RichXSearch solves.
This is a disclosed direction, not a current capability — production-scale quantum hardware capable of running Grover's Algorithm at the size RichXSearch would need doesn't exist yet. When it does, the underlying architecture here is built to take advantage of it rather than being rebuilt from scratch.
